1. Build relationships
Just because someone had bought from you in the past do not move on and forget this sale. It is pertinent to remember to stay in touch with past customers. You never know when they are ready to make another purchase from you or if they are never going to purchase another high-end item from you, that does not mean that they do not know people who will and if you stay fresh in their mind they are much more likely to recommend you and your business.
