Jay Prince joined Premier Building Systems in July 2025, bringing more than 12 years of experience in logistics and business development. Before joining Premier, he served as a Director of Business Development, where he developed a strong foundation in client relationships, strategic growth, and project coordination.
What Jay enjoys most about his work at Premier is helping clients transform ideas into tangible results. Seeing a project progress from concept to completion and knowing he played a role in bringing it to life is one of the most rewarding aspects of his job.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, Ansley, and their two daughters, Julia and Eliot. Much of his free time is spent coaching his daughter’s softball team, but he also enjoys fishing, camping, golfing, and taking advantage of any opportunity to get outdoors.
