                This ties in with building relationships whether you are selling used cars, tupperware, jewelry or steel buildings; when you have made a sale and provided excellent customer service do not be afraid to follow-up with the customer, say thank you for their business and ask for their referrals. Communicate any customer program regarding referrals and let them know you will always be available if they need anything in the future.
